Sanders' telegram No.242/383/8 of the 8th.
A telegram which he sent off on the 5th, and
confirmed in another of the 6th which was delivered to
me the following morning, was held up so long that I took
the liberty of cabling to him to repeat it, addressed to
you for the favour of transmission, and I hope that know-
ing the circumstances as you do, you will not mind my
having presumed on your good nature.
